License Key Conversion

Convert ActFax License Key

The ActFax license key format has been changed to a new format with ActFax version 4.25. The length of the license key increased from 10 digits to 20 digits.
If you currently own an old (10-digit) license key and want to update to ActFax version 4.25 or newer, it is required to convert your 10-digit license key into a new 20-digit license key. This conversion is free of charge. When converting your 10-digit license key into 20-digit format, the old 10-digit license key also remains valid. Please note that updates to ActFax version 5.01 or newer require an update package to be purchased.
When you order an update package for your license, it is not required to convert your license key to 20 digit format, because this is automatically done when you order the update package. More information about such updates can be found at the update package site.
